Printer prints blank pages

  • has ink
  • connected usb and wifi
  • has ink
  • have reinstalled, tried on two computers
  • updated firmware, software
  • test pages are blank, flat-bed copy blank
  • can scan back to computer
  • printer makes the noises of printing but nil black or coloured ink comes out.

 

IS it done and ready for to bin, or have I missed something?

I see that you are experiencing print quality issues on the printer and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
