HP OFFICEJET PRO 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm having trouble printing my preprinted checks after I upgraded my printer to a HP OfficeJet Pro 8715.  I print my checks from Quickbooks on preprinted checks. I never had any issues with my older printer (HP OfficeJet 6700 Premium printer) but now when I print the checks everything is printing higher than it should so when I put the checks into the envelopes you can't see the company's name, only the address, city & state. I also have issues with my preprinted banking deposit slips. The numbers don't print in the correct spaces. Is there a way to adujst this so the printer prints correctly on preprinted forms?

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting issues in printing checks on HP Officejet 8715 printer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

I made a research and found a solution for you to fix this issue.

Reset the printer.

Remove the power cable from the printer when it is turned on.

Press and hold the power button for 60secs.

Connect the power cable to printer and directly to wall outlet.

Turn on the printer.

If that does not work.

Click here and refer the solution for similar issue I found online.

Let me know how it goes.

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,

Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.

Cheers.

Thank you Sandytechy20 for your reply. I did try this but it still didn't print correctly. I did more research & found out how to change the alignment settings in Quickbooks. Thanks for taking the time to help me!
