Hi @LAR1223,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP DeskJet 2752e is showing blinking lights 3 and 7 on the control panel. Let’s go through a few steps to identify and fix this.

a. Check Paper and Cartridges

Ensure there is paper loaded correctly in the input tray.

Make sure the cartridges are installed properly and seated firmly in their slots.

Check for protective tape on new cartridges and remove it if present.

b. Clear Paper Jams

Open all doors and trays and look for any stuck paper or small debris.

Remove the paper carefully, ensuring no torn pieces remain inside.

c. Perform a Printer Reset

With the printer powered on, unplug the power cord from the back.

Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in.

Press the Power button to turn the printer back on and check if the lights stop blinking.

d. Clean Cartridge Contacts

Turn off the printer and remove the cartridges.

Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water to gently clean the gold contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer.

Reinstall the cartridges and ensure they click into place.

e. Align Cartridges

After reinstalling cartridges, print an alignment page from the printer software or control panel to ensure proper operation.

f. Check for Firmware Updates

Open the HP Smart app or your computer’s printer software.

Look for any available firmware updates and install them, as these can resolve error codes and blinking lights.

g. Test Printing

Print a test page to ensure the printer is feeding paper and recognizing cartridges correctly.

I hope this helps.
