Kindly furnish detailed instructions for solving the hp printer error 0x61000072 for HP DJ 4535,
Please excuse the following troubleshooting procedures mentioned on your site and on HP Support forums. I applied those and also took it to a local HP store, which charged me a fee for their failed services - since the error code proudly persists on the system! I went through a ton of manuals and tried to uninstall-reinstall the current and previous firmwares. I personally went through the hardware installed in the device and affirms that each piece of equipment is in working condition and without any internal resistance to the circuit. And for your information: I only use HP Genuine Cartridge since day one and prolly funded more than the cost of my printer to HP by the date. I believe it is a designed problem! so kindly give a designed solution for the same!

Hi @suddhasc,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting 0x error on your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4535 All-In-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer.
1. Turn the printer on if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer if it does not automatically turn on.
