 HP Desk Jet 2131 All in One Ink Jet Color Printer not printing after changing the cartridge. 

 

I have used 803 Tri colour Tiga Warna  combo pack. After that i am not able to print however XEROX is working fine. Please help me .

 To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Is there any error message when you try to print?
  • Could you elaborate on the issue for further assistance?
