Printer 'prints' but pushes out blank pages. Spending HOURS going around in circles with HP Help (and the chat bot) but cannot resolve the issue. New cartridges installed. Still not printing.

I think I have already exhausted the basic troubleshooting suggestions.
The cartridges are new and have possibly only printed a dozen word documents.
Ink levels are almost full.
I cannot print a calibration page as the printer prints blank sheets.
I wanted to delete my settings in the printer to restore it to factory settings.

Yes it was the cartridges. I removed the existing cartridges and soaked in hot water. I loaded the cartridges in the printer and managed to print a page in faint colour.
I bought and fitted a new cartridge pack and now the printer prints normally.
New problem now is connecting the printer to my Wifi.
I will start a new ticket for that.
