My printer prints the wireless quickstart guide pages, after power on. I can't print anything else because the printer is always "busy" and keeps printing pages. When it runs out of paper, it doesn't respond to the buttons, it remains "busy" but does nothing. I have to unplug the power cable, but when I plug it back in, it starts printing again the quickstart guide pages endlessly.
I have tried turning it off, reinstalling the driver, and ScanDoctor program, nothing has helped.

Thank you, I tried but it didn't help. The firmware is the latest. No matter what I do, it just keeps printing and printing the wireless quick start guide. I think it's maybe firmware problem, it's like the code is stuck somewhere and got looped. I would try downgrading. I searched for older firmware but could not find any. Can you send me an old one?
