My printer is not allowing me to complete printing of all my pages that are currently in my queue.  Whenever I try to print, the page will come out the exit feed slot for about two inches, goes back, and then stops.  Whenever it feeds into the printer itself, it bogs down and causes a paper jam.  I'm thinking it might be a roller feed problem but I'm not 100% sure.  I've tried to locate a service center so that I might take it over there for them to look at it but I can't find one in my area.  I live in SE OK so driving to the service center's not a problem.  Just finding one!  If I can fix it here at home, great, but I want to make sure it's what I think it is first before I go spending money.  Somebody tell me what is going on with this thing.  It's still under warranty for the next couple of months so please give me an idea of what's wrong with my printer as I need it for my home-based business!  Thanks!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's clean the printer's paper rollers with an automated tool:

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Remove any paper from the input tray.

  3. Press and hold the Power button, press the Cancel button three times, press the Start Copy Color button seven times, and then release the Power button.

The printer makes some noise for approximately one minute. Wait until the printer stops making noises before you proceed.

Try to print.

If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series/12319824/model/157879...
