Hi @rikinnn,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2655 All-in-One Printer is printing blank pages on glossy paper but working fine with normal A4 paper, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Paper Settings:

  • Make sure that the paper type is set to "Photo Paper" or "Glossy Paper" in the printer settings. This can typically be done when starting the print job by selecting the correct paper type and size (4x6 inch) in the print settings.

Paper Loading:

  • Ensure that the glossy paper is loaded correctly in the input tray. The glossy side should face down, as this is usually the printable side.
  • Check that the paper is not curled or bent, as this can affect the print quality.

Print Quality Settings:

  • Try selecting a higher print quality setting, such as "Best" or "Photo" quality, in the print preferences. This ensures the printer uses more ink, which can be necessary for glossy paper.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink, especially the color cartridge if you are printing color photos. If the ink levels are low, replace the cartridges.

Printer Driver:

Run Usage and Diagnostics:

  • Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to diagnose and fix printing issues. It's available on the HP website for free.

Try Different Glossy Paper:

  • Occasionally, issues may arise with specific brands or types of glossy paper. Try using a different brand of glossy paper that is specifically recommended for your printer model.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website, as this can sometimes resolve compatibility issues with different types of media.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
