During print session, I ran out of black ink.  After installing new cartridge, printer would not work and gave me an E0 (E zero) indication.  The color cartridge indicator light started flashing and I cannot get it to stop, no matter what I do.  I've changed the color cartridge, cleaned the bronze electrical connection, turned the printer off and on, and nothing helps.  Does anyone have a solution?  I've tried contacting HP, but they say my warranty has expired even though I only bought the printer a few months ago, and only installed it a couple of months ago.
