I own a HP 310 ink tank printer .One morning ,I turned the power plug on and saw these two lights continuously glowing.
No buttons on the panel are responding,neither the printer is turning on ,not it is responding to any other buttons.Have tried removing all wires and again connecting ,but nothing works.
