HP 3510 all in one

I'm trying to printing envelopes off of stamps.com and the printer runs the envelope through with not issue and I hear the ink pads sound like they're moving but ultimately it just shoots out the envelope with no ink on it.  Not sure if or how I'm doing something wrong here.  

 

The printer works as normal when I print out a standard 8.5/11. 

 

Note I am loading it on the correct side as indicated on the dircections.
