Hello,
- I have a DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835
- I'm trying to print Wirelessly on a Mac OS X 10.15.5
- My printout are just not printing. The White paper, A4, outputs as is. Not a single character is printed.
- This problem has recently started and previously I could print without any issues on the same OS (10.15.5) with the same Printer
- Ink levels on my Printer are low, both color and Black. But Its not empty.It must be over 10% of capacity.I think thats sufficient to print a few simple B & W pages. I am not getting any error message on the Printer console or on my computer
- The pages are being loaded fine and the pages are coming out fine as well. So I presume there is no block of paper.
- Previously I had replace the cartridge with a genuine HP. In fact all replacements, always have been genuine HP products.
- Scanner function is working fine
Tried Restarting, makes no difference. Any thoughts? Any help?

Hi @Mithun81,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Please replace the ink cartridge and try, 10% ink will be required or used for printer maintenance that happens when the printer is turned on
