Hello, We recently deployed two HP LaserJet Pro 4001dw's and have noticed some odd behavior. So far this only effects the printer model listed above and barcodes with a symbology of UPC-A (GTIN-12) formatting.
As you can see, the UPC-A (GTIN-12) barcodes are printing vertically while all the other barcodes on the format with symbology Code 39 print correctly. Any idea's?
I have tried different drivers/printer resets/firmware upgrades and downgrades with no success.
Any help would be appreciated.
