Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After a power cut my printer has all lights flashing and error code EE! showing. It's an HP 4130e and I have checked there is no paper jammed and unplugged for the back and the power source leaving overnight but when I power up again I get the same error message and flashing lights.

 

The printer is almost new so I am not a happy customer.
