Hi, While printing my HP 4515 suddenly started showing the message "Incompatible Cartridge". How to resolve this? OS is Mac Ventura 13.3.1

Where were the printer and cartridges purchased from?

 

Meanwhile, In order to resolve this issue, please follow the instructions in the HP link Finding Ink Cartridges after Moving to Another Country/Region.
