Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 4600dtn colorlaser jet error 68.0 permanent storage write fail.  Won.t complete power on sequence.  I've replaced the memory boards with exact part number, this didn't help.

Run a cold reset :

Press and hold the green checkmark button.

Turn on the printer and continue to hold down the button. When all three indicator lights are lit, release the button. Use the arrows to navigate down the menu to “COLD RESET” and press the checkmark button.

HP Recommended

I've tried that several times, as well as initialize NVRAM.  Niether helped. I get get to tech. support because the website won't accept the S/N JPGMB45506.  HP has told me in the past, the Office products like this printer have lifetime support.  Any other ideas would be great.  Thanks for your help.
