HP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print a photo on plain paper the photo is centered on the page as it shows in the print dialog.

When I print a photo on photo paper the photo is offset on the page about 2" to the left with a blank 2" right side.

It is using landscape printing since the photo is 8 X 10.

Sounds like the paper pick up mechanism is not handling the thicker photo paper properly.

The printer was purchased in 2016.

Thanks, Fuzzy

Sorry I missed your reply, thank for the reminder.

  1.  I have printed numerous photos and not had any problems.
  2.  This is a new problem since I moved and the printer was shipped cross country.
  3.  Note it prints perfectly fine on thin paper stock. It is only on thicker photo stock and paper that the problem occurs.

How could a firmware update solve this problem?

I personally think need  to verify everything is in alignment inside the printer.

Is there someway to accomplish this?

Thanks, Fred
