I am unable to print on the cricut printable sticker paper.  The project will print on regular plain paper, but the sticker paper runs throught the machine and sounds like it is printing, but it comes out blank.  Please help!!

Thank you for reaching out to the HP Support community!

 

  • Have you selected the correct paper settings from the printing application and on the printer?

Let's try these steps:

 

Step 1: Check the Paper setting on the printer

  • Open the paper tray and close the tray
  • You would get a prompt to change the paper settings
  • Select the correct paper type and paper size

Step 2: Check the paper settings on the printing application

  • Open the image that you would like to print
  • Go to File and Print
  • Open printer properties
  • Go to printing preferences and select the paper/quality tab 
  • Select the correct paper settings from the app

Try printing again.
