HP 5520 wireless says it's connected but can't be seen on the network

If you mean connect with a USB cable then, yes, it will print from the one PC to which it's attached.

It makes no difference to the wireless availability on other devices.

It will connect and print from one PC using a USB cable.

It makes no difference to the wi-fi situation.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I tried that route originally.  The so called 'Virtual Agent' was useless.   Can you please get some real person who knows what they're talking about to contact me directly?  You have my email address.
