HP 5550 Fuser Kit (replacement) does not seat properly to work.

HP Color LaserJet 5550dn Printer  " Product LaserJet 5550 I am having an issue with new Fuser kit not fitting or working (Error message 13.20) I am new to the community but I have a question that I thought that I would toss out there. I have a HP Color Laser Jet 5550.  I attempted to replace the fuser kit C9735A but cannot for the life of me to get it to seat properly in the device. The connector right side of the cartridge will connect and screw in without any issues but the gear left side won even get close to seating properly. I compared the fuser kit that currently installed to the replacement fuser kit and there’s only 1 different in them. On the original there’s a 3/8 plastic tab on the gear left side of the fuser kit towards the rear. I looked into that area where that tab would go down into the little slot but there's nothing in the slot that the tab presses against. The indentations on the bottom side of the cartridge are slightly different also. Has anyone run into this same issue before or know what is the proper part needed?

The C9735A fuser kit is for Color Laserjet 5500 and it can't be installed in Color Laserjet 5550.

The Color Laserjet 5500 and 5550 looks the same but they use different fuser kits.

Q3984A is a 110V fuser kit for CLJ 5550.

Thank you for confirming.  I did finally realize I purchased the wrong fuser and ordered a Q3984A for my HP 5550.
