Hello.
2 days ago my HP deskjet 5575 has stopped printing in colour. There are no options for colour/grayscale/black & white in printing preferences. It prints only in black & white.
I tried to uninstall the driver and the software but it remains installed. I connected it with the USB cable and it is the only way to print in colour.
Is there any way to print in colour when wirelessly connected?
Thank you.

Hello,
Kindly check if there are any Windows Update and install them if any. Restart the PC and check if its printing in color.
If issue still persists, try the below steps..
Kindly try the below steps that should resolve the issue..
goto Control Panel > Devices and Printer > Add a Printer.
in the window displayed, select "Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname" and then click NEXT
Select "Create a new port - "Standard TCP/IP port" and then click NEXT
Now type in the printer's IP address under "Hostname or IP address" box, then click on the NEXT button. "Detecting TCP/IP" would start.
After which click the NEXT button and then in the next window under "Manufacturer" select HP, and then from right pane, select "HP DeskJet 5575" and click NEXT.
And then follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.
Now open the document you want to print, under PRINT dropdown select the printer that was installed using the above steps. And now click the PRINT button to start to print

Jabzi, thank you.
I tried installing the update. I downloaded it, restarted the pc. But the same thing was happening. Colour option in usb, no colour option in network.
I add it as a printer, using TCP/IP, and now it has colour option AND prints in colour.
Thank you very much.
If only you could advice me how to uninstall the HP Deskjet 5550 Printer Driver Software 14.0 Rel.6, cause i uninstall it and after restart it still exists in Programs and Features......
