My HP 6032e printer is printing blank pages when sent a print job. The test print and status report prints fine so it's not the ink supply or cartridges... something to do with drivers or software - I've checked and firmware is up to date.
Also the COPY lights are flashing but I have no idea how to clear them - i've tried a number of things but nothing seems to work. When I touch the copy button, it prints a blank page also... but then the button stays flashing so it's an endless cycle!
Please help as this printer is useless at this point!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that your printer is printing blank pages, I am glad to assist you.
Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
Meanwhile:-
Perform a power reset , Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware once again to install the latest updates
