HP61XL

I purchased an HP61XL at Walmart  in Januaru 2017 as a back-up for our HP ENVY 4502 Printer. We never had a problem buying inkl cartridges at Walmart but this one failed (Message: "The following catridge(s) must be replaced") during installation.  We open another and it worked just fine. Walmart will not accept this defective ink cartridge back for an exchange since it is over 90 days and the package was open.

The cartridge is under warranty until May 2018. Product number: CH563W

Is there a phone number at HP to call or online form to fillout and mail it in to get a replacement under warranty?

Regards,
