HP Envy Photo 6230
Other

Hello,

I bought HP Envy Photo 6230 printer 2 months back, Also I have ordered a HP Everyday photo paper 100 sheets with size 10 cm X 15 cm and 200 gsm thickness and is glossy as well.

I have selected Photo Paper and size as 10 cm X 15 cm paper size in the settings while printing some photo. When I tried to print photo in my HP Envy Photo 6230 printer, the printer is saying Out of Paper.

However, there is no problem with printing the content or photos on a plain A4 papers.

Please help how can  I be able to print the Photos with Photo Paper.

Thanks

Hi @SmartBezawada,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to print photos.

The printer does not support 3x5 photo paper.

You may refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper size and type.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
