Product: HP 6520 All in One printer
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

HP 6520 will not print any black ink in spite of trying ALL of HPs suggestions from the web site including breaking open 2 brand new authentic HP ink Cart. #654. No black ink except a dot on my finger. I've cleaned and alighed several times and had no luck. It's an expired warentee so of course HP won't do anything about it. All other colors print fine though. Any ideas? Thanks.

Since you have tried all possible steps available in this document, I'm afraid, it's a possible hardware failure and the printer has to be serviced/replaced.  Please call your regional HP Support to obtain all available service/replacement options. You may reach them from here.
