I purchased HP 678 black and color ink cartridge online for HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer. After installing, I got an error message "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this Printer". Earlier I used the same 678 number HP cartridges many times for this printer it was working, I have already removed the cover and reinserted the cartridges once again and it is inserted in proper slots still I am getting the same error. Please assist me.
