HP 6968 printer and copier printing blank pages

HP 6968 printer and copier printing blank pages.  The catridges still have some life left in them.  I have cleaned the print head and checked the cartridge venting, but nothing has worked.

This issue could occur if the ink cartridges are empty or not installed properly or the cartridges could be defective.
