I need help with my printer because it doesn't print in A3 format with Japanese language settings i need it to print with A3 even in Japanese language.
I tried deleting ports drivers and reinstalling all of it to no avail
tried also updating the drivers and firmware that came from the website and it still doesn't print A3
also tried creating a custom a3 paper size but still doesn't work as it prints a4 size instead of A3 i change paper type in advance setting because it doesn't display in the setting in Japanese language . and when changing it to custom a3 setting it reverts back to a4
i don't know what to do no more.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.

Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.

If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.

If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.

If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.

If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.

Try to print.
If the issue persists, I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:
Remove the USB if connected
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers to download and install the Full Feature Software and Drivers.
Try to print.

I already did this from a same idea from a different post but it didn't work. It prints A3 well in English Language but when converted back to Japanese Language it does not print A3 even if there is a custom layout print it still prints A4 the user is Japanese and doesn't want to use English language Version.
IF it is not possible to print A3 with Japanese language can u give me a good explanation on why i can't print A3 with Japanese language HP 7110 printer so can i explain to the User. Thank you.

This might require remote access of the computer to fix this issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I'm sorry its not possible to do a remote access because of confidential files and my boss is the owner of the company can u suggest a different help or give an explanation as to why i can print a3 in English but not in Japanese thank you.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
