The printer stops after a page and a half and gives me a blue screen and an error code of 6201922A. Replies to this problem center around doing a factory reset, but it is not clear if an end user can perform this. Replies go on with a cure that doesn't work and it is unclear if what we  are told to do is in fact a factory reset. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix this and I am thinking the printer is beyond repair.  Anyone have a brilliant idea?
