Product: HP OfficeJet 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP 7612 Printer with the "there is a problem with the printer or ink system" error. I have tried everything I could find on line - including this forum - but have not been able to resolve. I have had the print head out and cleaned all contacts; I've cleaned the contacts on all the ink cartridges and I've done all the hard resets mentioned in the HP troubleshooting guide. If I take the cartridges out, the error message changes to cartridges missing and it recognises each cartridge as I re-insert them. Using the HP Toolbox and clicking on the "Printhead Health" tab, it says the Health is "Good". Any ideas, anybody, please?
