HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I am printing a document from a PDF. It is duplex printing and there are 2 pages per side. The paper is set for portrait mode so the two pages are printed sideways. This is the setup to print for book signatures. The setting for duplex is flip up. Margins on the print are set for .75" on all sides. The paper size is letter.

When I print in draft mode the margins are perfect (only off by about 1mm). When I print the document with all the same settings, except change from draft to best, the margins are off by 1/4". This is the same 1/4" I have seen in other posts. The left margin will be 5/8" instead of 3/4" and the right margin will be 7/8" instead of 3/4".

In all the posts, when it gets to the end, they all get sent a private message so there is no resolution.

Please test this on a 7740 printer and see for yourself before asking me to check every setting. This also happens when I print directly from Microsoft Word so the software should not be an issue.
