HP 7740 stopped printing. when a job is sent it just spins. I've tried reconnecting unplugging

I hve a hp7740 printer that will not print scan or copy but if I run align it prints the sheet. I've tried diagnostics, unplugging, reconnecting to the internet restoring factory settings nothing seems to work
