Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had no printing problems with my old HP printer (OfficeJet Pro 8710).  I could print webpages from Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Chrome.  Now that I'm using a new HP 8015e printer, I can print from Firefox and Microsoft Edge, but not Chrome.  All I get from Chrome is "Loading preview".  However, the preview never loads, so I can't print anything using Chrome.  How can this issue be resolved?
