Printer family 8025. Got error code 62-80-25, indicating a print head issue. I have been trying to chase down some level of support from HP but apparently they do not support their customers. Cannot call them, text them, get a call back or any other method of assistance. Pitiful ----- May reconsider my next printer purchase.
How can I get my printer fixed. It is still under warranty, but it runs out in 20 days. Is there anyone at HP listening?

@Dan562, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I’m sorry that you had to go through this dreadful experience, but we are here now, and we'll be happy to help you out with
your query regarding the error code you're getting on your printer!
- Check Printhead Connections: Make sure that the printhead is properly installed in the printer. Remove it and reseat it to ensure a secure connection.
- Clean Printhead Contacts: Sometimes, dust or debris can accumulate on the printhead contacts, causing connection issues. Use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water to gently clean the contacts.
- Inspect Printhead: Check the printhead for any visible signs of damage or blockages. If there are any obstructions, carefully remove them.
- Run Printhead Cleaning Utility: Most printers have a utility for cleaning the printhead. Use this utility to perform a printhead cleaning cycle, which may help resolve any clogs or issues with the printhead nozzles.
- Replace Printhead: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that the printhead itself is faulty and needs to be replaced.
- Reset Printer: Perform a reset on your printer to see if it resolves the issue. Instructions for resetting your specific model of HP printer can usually be found in the printer's user manual or on the HP website.
- Check for Firmware Update: Although you mentioned your firmware is up-to-date, it's worth double-checking if there are any new updates available. Sometimes, firmware updates can address specific issues like printhead errors.
