Any news about that? I didn't receive any answer or update, no helpful tipps or hints. I submitted the serial number four times and now I'm waiting for an answer for six more days. 

It's a shame that a large company like HP is not able to provide better support. Very disappointed!

Two more days without answer.

That was the worst support experience since many years - we're sending back the printer now.
