Thank you.

I followed all of those steps. This morning, same problem; computer could not see the Printer.

Once I executed the Wireless Setup Wizard on the Printer, the computer found the Printer.

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

The reset triggered a full mechanical re-evaluation by the Printer. The Printer decided the printheads needed replacement.

The printheads were fine this morning and yesterday but after the reset they were defective.

The Printer has been tossed. Problem never solved.

An expensive day.

Wow Kumar0307 that is cold.

Service options? I need 2 new printheads, cost of about $160.

Out of warranty? Yes it is.

Suggest I upgrade? Not sure what that even means.

A possible solution to my simple problem turned into crashing my printer. Leaving me with no printer and $150 in unused ink. Your response was neither sensitive to the situation nor helpful.

There is no issue to be raised.

If you followed the thread, you will realized that the old Printer has been tossed, a replacement Printer secured.

Please end this thread.
