I have an HP office jet pro 8600. I am getting an error that says printer failure. I just replaced the ink cartridges Message says “there is a problem
With the printer or ink system. Turn printer often on if problem persists, contact HP. I tried turning the computer on and off no lock any advice

Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer. note: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
