Our HP 8600 keeps printing only blank pages from all devices and won't copy either. There are full cartridges but neither printing or copying works and all we get are blank pages. I tried checking the software is up to date and resetting the wifi settings but nothing. How do I fix this?

Hi @mggilberg,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer is printing blank pages.
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
- Load plain white paper into the input tray.
- On the printer control panel, touch the Right Arrow (
) to display additional options.
- Touch Setup (
), touch the Down Arrow (
), and then touch Reports.
- Touch Print Quality Report. The Print Quality Diagnostics Report prints.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
