Thank you Bob,  The instructions you sent were clearer then the others I saw and worked.  Payroll is done and everything worked.  THANK YOU!!!

Changing the driver as you sugeested worked easily (Win7) and, sure enough, the front to back command option was present wihtin the Printer properties/Advanced/Printing Defaults/Advanced screen.
