HP Recommended

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8610 and when I try to print I get the error message "Printer in an error state". I have tried removing the device (printer) and setting it up and, which gets rid of the error message, but then it comes back when I try to print again. Help!!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to another wall outlet directly.

 

Try another firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
