Hi @Justin8124,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you've replaced the printhead in your HP Officejet Pro 8610 and you're still experiencing issues with ink not printing onto paper, there could be a few potential causes:
- Air Bubbles: Sometimes, air bubbles can get trapped in the printhead or ink cartridges during the replacement process. This can block the flow of ink. Try running a few printhead cleaning cycles from the printer's settings menu to help remove any air bubbles.
- Clogged Nozzles: Despite replacing the printhead, it's possible that the nozzles are still clogged with dried ink. Run the printhead cleaning utility multiple times to attempt to clear any blockages.
- Faulty Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges you're using are genuine HP cartridges and are correctly installed. Sometimes, counterfeit or expired cartridges can cause printing issues.
- Printer Settings: Check the printer settings to ensure that the correct paper type and size are selected. Additionally, make sure that the print quality settings are set appropriately for the type of document you're printing.
- Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve printing issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
