Hi Everyone,

I have this HP Officejet 8710 All in one.  When I send a job to print, i hear printer picking up paper, display blinking, jobs says 'printing.'  However printer does not print. No message of paper jam or anything.  HP 8710 has a display and top of the display green light in background flashing when this happens.

 

I tried doing factory reset Printer, re-installed drivers, and stopping and re-starting Spool in services.

What else can I do to fix this issue?
