Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just purchased a new 8740 to replace my old one that has died.

Clean HP Box and tape.  But no startup cartridges.  So I put in the ones from my old 8740 that are still good.

Startup program will not let me proceed.

1. How do I get around this?

2. If not, where can I get some startup cartridges?
