Product: HP OfficeJet Pro9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error Message:  Cartridges Depleted        I replace the indicated cyan cartridge with new HP cyan 962 cartridge and still cannot get by this error message. This error prevents the printer from printing.

Actually, I solved the problem by replacing all four cartridges and cancelling/deleting all entries in the printer que.  Thank you for your response.  I will shake the removed cartridges for possible reuse.

What about other cartridges?  Gently remove and shake each cartridge, if you feel liquid moving that's OK, if you don't feel that cartridge is depleted. Use your new cyan and empty cyan to feel the difference.

Is the printer still using cartridges that came with the new printer in the box?
