HP Recommended

HP 9010 series printer is connected to my laptop through Wifi.

 

9/10 when i send a job to the printer it prints symbols and gibberish.

 

I click to print the test page and this prints fine. I immediately try to print a Word doc or PDF and it just prints symbols and gibberish.

 

Only had the printer in December. It is driving me mad.

 

Any ideas on what to do?

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer using the HP smart app.
