HP 9020 saying 

802.11  Wireless

               You cannot use the device’s wireless function because it has been disabled.  For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the device.

I have tried factory resetting but it is not letting me connection wirelessly.

Keep in mind that the moment you connect a ethernet cable into the printer, the WIFI is disabled.
