My printer has ceased to print, giving the message 'Check Your Account. Everything with my account is active, paid and functional but there is no resolution. The printer firmware is up to date and the app on both my phone and computer are updated and connected. I replaced the ink cartridges with a brand new set sent by HP which did not solve the problem.
The message that appears in the app is below:
"Printer Cannot Print
A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.
If you have an HP+ printer, make sure to use Original HP cartridges.
Sign in to your HP account on the home screen to check your status."
