Hey Beemer!!!!  I checked out the articles you sent on the system error and, like always, their only solution is to reset the printer.  What happens if the error keeps reoccurring, like it did today???  Anyway, I finally contacted HP thru a chat and told them all the errors I have been having with this printer.  The chat guy wouldn't even talk to me....had me call a support number.  Called the number and, after waiting 15 minutes, a guy answered speaking with an accent I could barely make out.  Basically he told me to contact my ISP....another cop-out and run around. in my opinion.  But I did receive an email today from Verizon today telling me they will be sending me a new set-top box and router since they are not being serviced anymore.  Once I get them and muddle thru the install I will see if I keep getting these errors.

 

Once again.....thank you, thank you, thank you for all the help you have been to me.
