Print jobs get stuck or fail. 9 open cases presently with HP support and two hours wasted today on chat and phone with no fix and 9 days left on my warranty. I find this problem is common after doing searches. I have to do one or all of three things to get this printer to print. Reboot PC, unplug printer and run the hp dr. hp dr fixes the issue 80% of the time. I have deleted and reinstalled settings multiple times. All software and drivers are up to date. I have tried multiple routers, including MESH. I do not have this problem with my high end Epson printer. Any suggestions please?!?!
